6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and in accordance with the legislation. When the processing purpose ceases to exist or the retention period required by the legislation expires, your personal data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:

To request information if personal data has been processed
To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
To request correction if personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
To request deletion or destruction of personal data
To request that third parties to whom personal data has been transferred be notified of correction, deletion or destruction
To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
To claim compensation for damage in case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
