Distance Sales Agreement
Terms for online payment transactions on the ProEntegre platform under applicable consumer protection regulations.
1. Parties

Buyer: The registered ProEntegre B2B user performing the card payment.
2. Subject
This agreement covers card payments for trade receivables, service fees, or similar commercial collections via ProEntegre virtual POS with 3D Secure.
Amount, currency, and installment options are displayed on the payment screen before confirmation.
3. Payment
Card data is not stored on ProEntegre servers; processing occurs through the bank/payment provider infrastructure.
The buyer confirms accuracy of account and amount information before completing payment.
4. Withdrawal & Disputes
Withdrawal rights may be limited for B2B commercial collections where permitted by law.
Istanbul (Central) courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules apply.
